Notable Hikes in the Hudson Valley

• Kaaterskill Falls Trail - is located near Hunter New York and leads to a spectacular waterfall. It may be reached from NY route 23A. This is a challenging path and is quite steep, but for experienced hikers, this hike is well worth the challenge.
• The Appalachian Trail - runs through the Hudson valley and is accessible from Bear Mountain State Park.
